The MEVA AluStar Panel 135/50, Item No. 22-086-35, is a used, inspected and ready-to-use wall formwork panel for professional concrete construction. With a panel height of 135 cm and a width of 50 cm, this lightweight aluminium formwork panel is ideal for foundations, basement walls, parapets, wall sections and infill areas in residential, commercial, industrial and civil engineering projects. Thanks to its low weight, the AluStar system allows ergonomic handling and can often be used without a crane.
The robust aluminium frame features a frame profile height of 12 cm and a profile thickness of 40 mm. The closed two-chamber aluminium profile provides excellent rigidity and durability. A high-quality powder-coated finish offers outstanding resistance against impacts, scratches and corrosion while making the panel easy to clean.
The panel is equipped with 4 cross members, including 2 functional cross members with integrated DW threaded inserts. It features 1 tie hole per panel height and an additional tie hole at the end section for horizontal foundation applications. Unused tie holes must be closed with D20 plastic caps according to the manufacturer's specifications.
MEVA AluStar and StarTec belong to the same product family. Using the original AS panel clamp, both systems can be combined directly without adapters.
