The MEVA StarTec Panel 270/20, Item No. 21-200-80, is a used, inspected and ready-to-use wall formwork panel for professional concrete construction. With a panel height of 270 cm and a width of 20 cm, it is the narrowest standard panel within the MEVA StarTec wall formwork system. It is specifically designed for infill sections, wall connections, columns, dimensional adjustments and complex wall geometries where standard panel widths cannot be used. This version is equipped with a 15 mm multi-layer plywood facing coated with durable phenolic resin film, providing excellent concrete finishes and long service life.
The robust steel frame has a frame depth of 12 cm and is finished with a red protective coating over a black primer. This construction provides excellent rigidity and durability under demanding construction site conditions. Seven cross members reinforce the panel, three of which are designed as functional cross members with welded DW threaded nuts for attaching original MEVA accessories such as push-pull props, working platforms, alignment rails and additional system components.
The panel includes two tie holes per panel height. Tie holes that are not required must always be closed using Cap D20 plastic plugs according to the manufacturer's instructions. The MEVA StarTec system is designed for a maximum permissible fresh concrete pressure of 60 kN/m², ensuring safe and economical concrete placement on professional construction projects.
